An attorney with CGA Law Firm, Tabitha D. Phillips focuses her legal practice on counseling small to mid-size businesses in the areas of business law, labor and employment law, and litigation. She routinely advises her business clients on:

- preparation and review of contracts,
- negotiation of loans,
- as well as preparation and review of loan documents.
Additionally, her legal practice includes assisting individuals with planning for their estate including preparing wills, living wills, and power of attorneys, as well as setting up trusts.
A graduate from York College of Pennsylvania, Tabitha earned her undergraduate degree in English Literary Studies. There, she was an editor for the college's literary publication, The York Review. In 2010, she completed her J.D. from Widener University School of Law, where she received the Outstanding Clinical Advocacy Award.
